I’m sorry to report that Bill English, co-creator of the computer mouse, passed away in California at the age of 91. The photo of the blocky wooden mouse, red button atop and twin wheels is a far cry from today’s modern ergonomic, optical mouse. I remember my old law firm moving from Wang to Windows and everyone’s very first introduction to a mouse. We had training classes on its use. Secretaries tried to use two hands to maneuver it.
