FAIL: First Attempt In Learning

Law Technology Daily Digest

Vol. 20, No. 202

The book, Learning to Lead, Leading to Learn dives into his career at Toyota and frames three organizational Lessons: Provide New Training and Coaching to Develop New Habits; Delegate Authority While Maintaining Visibility; and Be Patient and Understand Differences.
